        凌鋼股份北票鋼管有限公司位于世界上第一只鳥(niǎo)飛起，第一朵花綻放的地方——遼寧省北票市，隸屬于中國500強企業(yè)凌源鋼鐵集團有限公司、系國家控股上市公司凌鋼股份（股票代碼600231）全資子公司，始建于1980年，是國家標準GB/T 13793-2008《直縫電焊鋼管》起草單位，占地面積260畝，企業(yè)注冊資金2億元，企業(yè)資產(chǎn)總額3億元，其中固定資產(chǎn)投資2.7億元，職工700余人，年產(chǎn)各種優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼管30萬(wàn)噸。

        公司配備426、630及1420六條螺旋焊管機組；50、76（兩條）、114×4.0、114×8.0、219、355直縫焊管機組；80、114熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管機組；750、1200、2200縱剪機組及熱張力減徑機組等鋼管制造設備和熱鍍鋅、熱擴、網(wǎng)架構件制作、保溫、三層PE防腐、托輥、拔絲、沖壓、平板等生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)，與之相配套先進(jìn)的實(shí)驗、檢驗設備和公輔設施。

        產(chǎn)品包括直徑Ф219-1820mm、壁厚為3.5-20mm的螺旋焊接鋼管；Ф17-355mm、壁厚為0.8-16mm的直縫焊管；Ф51-159mm、壁厚為3.5-10mm的熱軋無(wú)縫鋼管。產(chǎn)品廣泛應用于石油天然氣輸送用管、石油套管、油管、低壓流體輸送用管、城市集中供熱熱網(wǎng)用管、高密度聚乙烯預制直埋保溫用管、機械和建筑結構用管、鍋爐用管、汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)軸管、帶式輸送機托輥用管等。

        產(chǎn)品執行國家標準GB/T8162、GB/T8163、GB/T3087、GB/T19830、GB/T9711、GB/T 3091、GB/T13793，石油行業(yè)標準SY/T 5037，API spec 5L、API spec 5CT,美國標準ASTM A53，歐盟標準EN10217、EN10219，日本標準JIS G3452、JIS G3444，英國標準BS1387、BSEN39，國際標準 ISO3183等標準或按客戶(hù)需要的更高技術(shù)條件制造。

(stock code 600231). The company is a national standard (GB/T 13793-2008) drafting unit for longitudinal electric welded steel pipe. It is founded in 1980, Covers an area of 260 Mu,the registered capital of the enterprise is 200 million yuan, and the total assets of the enterprise is 300 million yuan, among which the fixed assets investment is 270 million yuan.It has more than 700 employees, and annual output of 300,000 tons high-quality steel pipes.

          The company is equipped with six spiral pipe mills of φ426,φ630 andφ1420; pipe mills ofφ50, φ76（Two production lines ）, φ114×4.0, φ114×8.0, φ219, φ355 for longitudinal welded pipe; hot rolled seamless pipe mill of φ80, φ114; strip slitting mills of φ750, φ1200, andφ2200, hot tension-reducing machine and production lines for hot dip galvanizing, thermal expansion, grid components, thermal insulation, three-layer PE anti-corrosion, roller, wire drawing, stamping parts and opened plate , etc . Also combined with experimental and testing equipments and auxiliary facilities.

          The main products are including spiral pipe of diameter from Ф219-1820mm, wall thickness from 3.5-20mm, ERW pipe of diameter from Ф17-355mm, wall thickness from 0.8-16mm, hot-rolling seamless pipe of diameter from Ф51-159mm, wall thickness from3.5-10mm. Products are widely used in oil and gas transportation pipe, oil casing, tubing, low pressure fluid conveying pipe, tube, centralized heating supply network, HDPE thermal insulation pipe, mechanical and architectural structure pipe, boiler pipe, automobile transmission shaft tube and belt conveyor roller tube, etc.

          All the products can be satisfied with the National Standards: GB/T8162, GB/T8163, GB/T3087, GB/T19830, GB/T9711, GB/T3091, GB/T13793; the Oil Industry Standards:SY/T5037;and International Standards: such as API spec 5L, API spec 5CT, ASTM A53, EN10217，EN10219, JIS G3452、JIS G3444，BS1387、BSEN39, ISO3183 and so on or higher technical conditions the customers wanted.
